EnviExplorer allows the user to visualize trends, interpret patterns, and assess Butuanon river\u2019s ecological condition. The app features two core modules: Exploratory Analysis, which provides interactive maps, gauges, boxplots, and time-series charts for understanding parameter behavior and site differences, and Spatial Analysis, which generates continuous surface maps to reveal pollution gradients and pinpoint high-impact areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

MicroExplorer allows the user to filter, visualize, and interpret microbial data across sampling sites. The app features an interactive map that reveals species-level observations, along with a collapsible Taxonomy Explorer that displays microbial groups by taxonomic hierarchy. It also includes a Taxonomic Distribution chart that allows comparison of taxa across taxonomic ranks such as phylum or genus, and a Dataset View for reviewing and downloading microbial records. <\/span><\/p>\n

MicroModel provides model-based predictions of microbial counts along the Butuanon River using advanced statistical methods. The application features an interactive map that visually displays predicted microbial counts along the river path. Users can select specific bacterial species to view their predicted distribution.<\/span><\/p>\n

AMRExplorer allows users to explore antimicrobial resistance (AMR) occurrence patterns along the river using interactive maps and detailed AMR hierarchy. The application features an Interactive Map where users can click markers to view AMR profiles. It also includes an AMR Hierarchy that organizes gene occurrences based on a species-gene-class-mechanism structure, an AMR Distribution Chart, and a Dataset View for reviewing and downloading site-level AMR <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
